Yee Jee Technology Co., Ltd. is committed to innovation in traditional industries and giving back to society. On September 26, 2023, we hosted an outdoor session as part of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship course at Overseas Chinese University, taking students on a visit to our factory in Nantou. The purpose was to explore how PAX Technology, from its origins as a traditional manufacturing facility, has successfully navigated the challenges of digital transformation and actively pursued ESG sustainability initiatives. We aimed to inspire students and provide them with insights that will open up diverse career opportunities in the future.

In recent years, under the leadership of our CEO, PAX Technology has undergone a remarkable transformation. The factory environment has evolved from an aging facility into a comfortable and clean workspace, offering employees a more pleasant working environment. Simultaneously, we have continuously improved employee benefits to strengthen the bond between our workforce and the company, ultimately enhancing productivity and achieving a win-win situation.

Furthermore, our company is deeply committed to societal well-being. Through industry-academic collaborations, we have developed eco-friendly products this year to reduce agricultural pineapple waste, transforming it into valuable fertilizer. In terms of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), we actively collaborate with marginalized groups, creating employment opportunities as part of our duty as a social enterprise.

During this event, students had the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the company's future development and ESG sustainability through presentations by our CEO and a guided tour of the factory's processes led by the factory manager. The Q&A session at the end facilitated interaction between the traditional business and the younger generation, promoting intergenerational communication.
