大型運輸車胎，普遍已都使用高速胎：

內胎型已逐漸淘汰。
大型運輸車輛高速胎的修補，因為胎壓較高，不適合插補方式(補胎膠條)。
可使用適合之尺寸的補胎膠片，對輪胎內的胎面進行修補。另外還可使用雙效補丁來修補，可同時兼顧孔洞的插補，以及輪胎內面的貼補。
