重型農機具、工程車胎，分為內胎型，以及高速胎型：

無論是內胎型或外胎型，由於胎痕深、胎面厚，故此類型輪胎其實不易被刺破。
但依然有例外，比如工程中常有堅硬銳利物劃破高速胎之胎邊，通常需整個輪胎進專業輪胎修補廠，使用大尺寸的補胎貼片，以燒補方式修補。
胎面的破孔為穿刺性的孔洞時，仍可使用適當尺寸之中、大型補胎貼片進行修補。
